All payments made by guests are held in a Client Account in a well known, very secure, British bank. This money is held in the Client Account until the guests have completed their holiday.

Three out of 4 members of our staff live locally on Crete, and have done so for many years. This means that we have detailed and up to date knowledge of the local area which can truly enhance your holiday experience.

We have very high standards and because we live locally we regularly visit all of the villas - not once a year like many companies who do not have staff here full time.

For each property we give accurate and very detailed descriptions that are accompanied by a larger than average photo galler. This enables you to choose the villa that is most suitable for your holiday requirements.

We have intimate knowledge of all of the villas because Frankie Miles, the managing director of Villas Crete Holidays Ltd., writes all of the detailed descriptions and takes all of the photos herself. Frankie also answers the e-mail enquiries and office phone calls and will be able to answer any question that you may have about the individual properties, and will be happy to guide you to the most suitable property for you if you need advice.

We have an extensive list of local contacts and we are on hand 24 hours a day if you have an emergency. At all times we have a member of staff who lives locally and speaks Greek, and who can accompany you in the event of an emergency in order to make things much easier for you.

In the event of a problem arising at your booked villa we have a large portfolio of villas where we can usually re-locate you if you want us too. If you book direct with a villa owner they do not have this option and you can be left without a villa to stay in.

Our prices have no hidden extras. They include VAT, cleaning, bed linen and villa towels, air conditioning (where applicable), an extensive villa book, a villa copy of "Crete on the Road", representative services, and a welcome pack.

Our free welcome pack is much larger than average and includes many items such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, wine, orange juice, fruit, biscuits, butter, jam, and toilet paper, soap, etc.

Our local representative is on hand locally 5 days per week, and is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. All of our team members have vast local knowledge and a large list of local contacts.

In every property there is our professionally published Villa Information Book which includes a wealth of local information including all emergency numbers, information about local tavernas, shops, and activities, information on local history and culture, and advice about the airports etc.

Our personal and caring service, with up-to date knowledge of both the villas and the area, means that booking with us will be smooth and easy with peace of mind and a minimum of fuss.
