The villa takes its name from the Norwegian for “sun bath” and the reason for this is particularly evident on the large main terrace that is punctuated by the inviting pool, and well equipped with sun loungers, a large dining table for 6, an egg swing chair, a covered alcove which has a marble bar, a fridge, a barbecue, a cocktail table and chairs, endowing the villa with every outdoor amenity one could want. Immediately below the pool terrace, the lower garden is planted with fruit trees, plumbago, and very large prickly pears.
